In-hand Vancouver pieces are delivered same-day across Metro Vancouver — usually 30 minutes to 2 hours, 8am to 9pm daily. $5 delivery on orders under $150, free over $150. Curated Amazon finds ship directly from Amazon; the exact window is on each product page. Pickup is always free.

How does sizing work?
Many pieces are one-offs, so sizes vary by item. Each product page lists measurements where we have them, and sized pieces can be exchanged if the fit is off. Unsure? Message us on WhatsApp and we'll measure the exact piece before you order.
What's your return policy?
7 days, unworn and in original condition. Sized pieces can be swapped for another size. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll sort it the same day.
How do I pay?
Interac e-Transfer, cash on delivery, or pay at pickup. For in-hand pieces, you can look the piece over first and pay only when you're happy.
Are your sneakers authentic?
In-hand pieces are inspected and verified in person before delivery — no fakes, ever. Curated Amazon finds come straight from Amazon.
Do you ship outside Vancouver?
Yes — we ship across Canada, and to the US, the UK, the Eurozone and Australia. Delivery is $5 on orders under $150 and free over $150. On international orders, any duties & taxes are charged on delivery and are the buyer's responsibility.
