What we collect
When you order, we collect your name, email, phone number and delivery address — the minimum needed to fulfil your order. If you pay by card, payment details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store your card number. If you apply to sell, we collect the details in the seller application.
How we use it
Your details are used to process and deliver your order, handle returns, and reply when you contact us. If you join the mailing list, we'll send occasional shop updates — unsubscribe anytime.
What we don't do
We don't sell your personal information. We don't share it with anyone except the services needed to run the shop: Stripe (payments), our delivery couriers, and Amazon (for curated Amazon finds shipped to you).
Cookies & analytics
The site uses basic cookies to keep your cart and preferences working. If ad tracking is enabled, the Meta Pixel reports page views and purchases to Meta so we can measure our ads — this is the standard Meta Pixel and is governed by Meta's data policy too.
Your rights
You're entitled to access, correct or delete your personal information. Message us on WhatsApp or email and we'll sort it — usually within a few days.
