The Maisonvert guarantee
Authentic, as described, delivered — or your money back.
Every order on Maisonvertshop is covered: if a piece isn't authentic, isn't what the listing promised, or never arrives, you get a full refund. No fine print, no all-sales-final surprises. Message us and we sort it the same day.
In-hand Vancouver pieces
Delivered same-day across Metro Vancouver — 30 minutes to 2 hours, 8am to 9pm daily. $5 delivery on orders under $150, free over $150. Try it on before you pay; if it doesn't fit, we'll swap the size within 7 days as long as it's unworn and in original condition.
Curated Amazon finds
Ship directly from Amazon to your door, tracked end to end. The exact delivery window is shown on each product page. If it arrives damaged or wrong, Amazon's own return policy covers you — message us and we'll walk you through it.
Consigned & marketplace pieces
Every consigned piece is authenticated before it ships to you, and it's covered by the guarantee above — not authentic or not as described means a full refund, no debate. Changed your mind? Message us within 7 days and we'll find a solution with the seller.
Pickup
Always free. We'll text you when your piece is set aside.
