Maisonvertshop is a curated streetwear and sneaker marketplace based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. All prices are in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise.
Orders & payment
An order is confirmed when we accept your payment. We accept Interac e-Transfer, cash on delivery, and payment at pickup. For in-hand pieces you may inspect the item before paying. We reserve the right to cancel an order and refund you in full if a piece is no longer available.
Delivery
In-hand Vancouver pieces are delivered same-day across Metro Vancouver when possible; delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Curated Amazon finds ship directly from Amazon under that product's stated window. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.
Returns
Unused, unworn products in original condition may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Sized pieces may be exchanged for another size. Contact us on WhatsApp to start a return — we'll confirm the details before anything ships back.
Marketplace sellers
Some pieces are sold by independent sellers through Maisonvertshop. We vet every seller and verify pieces before delivery, but each seller is responsible for the accuracy of their listing. Maisonvertshop handles your payment and delivery as the marketplace of record.
Fair use
Don't misuse the site — no scraping listings at abusive rates, no placing orders you don't intend to complete, no fraudulent payment. We may refuse service to anyone who does.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits rights you have under BC consumer protection law.
